Getting started with QuickReplies

From a new account to your first automated reply in a few focused steps.

  1. Create your account

    Visit the QuickReplies website and sign up with your email and password. Verify your email if prompted—you will need a confirmed account before connecting Gmail.

  2. Sign in

    Use Login with the same credentials on the web (and later on the mobile app if you use manual texts).

  3. Choose a subscription

    Open Pricing and pick a plan. Your tier sets how many rules you can create and whether automated SMS is included. You can start using email automation as soon as your plan is active.

  4. Connect Gmail

    On the Dashboard , click Connect Gmail and approve access with Google. QuickReplies watches your inbox for messages that match your rules—nothing is sent until you create a rule.

  5. Create your first rule

    Select Create a rule from the dashboard. Name the rule, choose which senders to watch, add keywords if needed, and add at least one action (email reply, manual text, or automated text). Save it and turn the rule on when you are ready.
