How to use custom links

Define a link once, use it in any action, and get per-message click tracking.

  1. Create a link

    Open Custom links and click Add a custom link. Give it a short name (letters, numbers, dots, dashes, underscores) and a destination URL starting with https://. You can also link directly to a booking page.

  2. Copy the placeholder

    After saving, copy the placeholder shown on the card—it looks like {your_link_name}. You will paste this into your action text wherever you want the link to appear.

  3. Add it to a rule action

    In the rule editor , include the placeholder in an email or SMS action body. When QuickReplies sends the message, it swaps in a unique tracked URL for that specific send.

  4. Review clicks

    Each outbound message gets its own tracking URL, so you can compare which sends drive clicks. Update the destination URL anytime; future messages use the new target.
