Link tracking for emails & texts
In the dashboard, define where a link should redirect, then add it to your email or SMS action. QuickReplies generates a unique tracked link for every message you send—so you can see exactly which sends get clicks.
How it works
Measuring outreach is hard. Link tracking makes it easier.
You create a link once in the dashboard (name it and set the redirect URL), then reference it in your action. Each outbound email or SMS gets its own unique tracking URL—so performance is tied to the actual message, not a shared short link.
1Create a tracked link in the dashboard
- Open link tracking in QuickReplies and create a new link.
- Enter the destination URL—the page recipients should land on after they click.
2Add it to your action
- Include that link in the body of your email action or SMS action, wherever you want the recipient to tap.
- When QuickReplies sends the message, it swaps in a unique tracked URL for that specific send.
3See clicks per message
- Each unique URL records clicks only for that email or SMS.
- Use your dashboard to compare sends and see which messages drive real engagement.
What you'll be able to do
- 1Define links in the dashboard—give each link a name, set the URL it should redirect to, and keep everything organized in one place.
- 2Drop them into actions by including the link in your email or SMS action content; no manual per-message URL building on your side.
- 3Track every send—QuickReplies issues a unique tracked link for each message sent, so click counts reflect that exact email or text.
