How to manage contacts

Keep names, emails, and phone numbers in one place for outreach and follow-up.

  1. Open Contacts

    Sign in and go to Contacts from the navigation menu. Each contact needs a name plus at least one of email or phone.

  2. Add a contact manually

    Click Add contact, fill in the fields, and save. You can edit or delete entries from the list at any time.

  3. Import from CSV

    To add many contacts at once:

    • Prepare a CSV with header row: name, email, phone.
    • Click Import CSV and select your file. QuickReplies adds valid rows one at a time and skips duplicates.
  4. Message a contact

    Use the Message action on a contact to start an SMS conversation when you have automated texting set up. Guests who book through a booking page can also be saved to contacts automatically when that option is enabled.
