How many rules can I create?

The number of rules depends on your plan: Basic plan allows up to 3 rules, Quick plan allows up to 5 rules, and Lightning plan allows up to 10 rules.

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security with OAuth 2.0 authentication. Your Gmail account is securely connected, and all your data is protected.

What are rules?

Rules are how QuickReplies watches your Gmail. Each rule combines who the email is from (senders you choose) with what to look for (keywords or phrases in the message). When a matching email arrives, QuickReplies runs the actions you set up for that rule.

What are actions?

Actions are what QuickReplies does automatically when a rule matches. Most people use two kinds: sending an automated email reply, or starting a text workflow (manual or automated SMS, depending on how you configured the rule).

What's the difference between a manual text and an automated text?

For a manual text, QuickReplies sends a notification to your phone (QuickReplies Android or iOS app). When you open it, the message is drafted for you—you tap Send, and it goes out from your personal number. For an automated text, QuickReplies sends through a verified number on your behalf; you are usually only notified if the person replies.
