How many pipelines can I create?
The number of pipelines depends on your plan: Basic plan allows up to 3 pipelines, Quick plan allows up to 5 pipelines, and Lightning plan allows up to 10 pipelines.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security with OAuth 2.0 authentication and CASA Tier 2. Your email account is securely connected, and all your data is protected.
What are pipelines?
Pipelines are how QuickReplies watches your email. Each pipeline combines who the email is from (senders you choose) with what to look for (keywords or phrases in the message). When a matching email arrives, QuickReplies runs the actions you set up for that pipeline.
What are actions?
Actions are what QuickReplies does automatically when a pipeline matches. Most people use two kinds: sending an automated email reply, or starting a text workflow (manual or automated SMS, depending on how you configured the pipeline).
What's the difference between a manual text and an automated text?
For a manual text, QuickReplies sends a notification to your phone (QuickReplies Android or iOS app). When you open it, the message is drafted for you—you tap Send, and it goes out from your personal number. For an automated text, QuickReplies sends through a verified number on your behalf; you are usually only notified if the person replies.
What are SMS credits?
SMS credits pay for automated texts sent and received through your verified toll-free number. Each message uses a small amount of credit. You can buy more credits and turn on auto-reload in your account settings.
Do I need the mobile app?
You need the mobile app to send manual texts (notifications on your phone that you review and send from your personal number). Email pipelines, automated texts, chats, contacts, campaigns, and booking pages work in the web app. Download QuickReplies from the App Store or Google Play.
What are AI replies?
After QuickReplies sends a first reply (email or text), you can turn on AI replies so the conversation can continue using goals and limits you write. You can take over anytime in Chats. See the AI replies guide in the Help Center for step-by-step instructions.
