How To Run A Campaign

Send one batch email or SMS to many contacts and see how it performs.

  1. Add Contacts First

    Campaigns send to people in your contact list. Open Contacts and add people manually or import a CSV with name, email, and phone.

  2. Open Campaigns

    From the menu, go to Campaigns and click New campaign.

  3. Choose Email Or SMS

    Pick the channel, write your message, and select which contacts should receive it. For SMS, you need automated texting set up with an approved number and enough credits.

  4. Send And Track

    Launch the campaign, then expand it in the list to see status and results such as opens, clicks, and bookings when those are available.
