1Connect Your Email
- Sign up and connect Gmail from the dashboard so QuickReplies can watch for matching messages.
- You can enable or disable pipelines anytime without losing your setup.
2Create A Pipeline
- Open Create a pipeline and name it—for example "New Zillow leads" or "Support requests".
- Choose senders to watch, optional keywords, and when the pipeline should run.
3Add Email And Text Actions
- Send an email reply, an automated Twilio text (after number verification), or a manual text action that pings your phone.
- Use placeholders like {name} or smart details so each reply stays personal.
4Enable And Monitor
- Save the pipeline and turn it on from the dashboard toggle.
- Track outbound emails, push notifications, and automated SMS over time from your dashboard charts.
