1Build Your Contact List
- Open Contacts and add people manually or import a CSV with name, email, and phone columns.
- Guests who book through a booking page can be saved automatically when that option is enabled.
2Create A Campaign
- Go to Campaigns and click New campaign.
- Choose email or SMS, write your message, and select which contacts should receive it.
3Send And Review Results
- Launch the campaign—SMS requires an approved automated text number and enough credits.
- Expand the campaign in your list to see status, opens, clicks, and bookings when available.
