Booking Pages
Share a booking link so leads pick a time that syncs with your calendar—fewer back-and-forth emails to schedule.
How It Works
Scheduling should not mean endless email threads. Booking Pages Fix That.
Create a public page with your availability, connect Google Calendar, and share one link. QuickReplies blocks busy times, collects guest details, and sends confirmations and reminders.
1Create A Booking Page
- Open Booking pages from the menu and click Create booking page.
- Set a title, URL slug, timezone, meeting duration, and weekly hours.
2Connect Google Calendar
- Connect Google Calendar when prompted so QuickReplies reads your busy times.
- New bookings appear on your calendar automatically; reconnect if the link expires.
3Configure Guest Experience
- Add optional guest questions, confirmation emails, and reminder messages.
- Enable SMS reminders when you have automated texting set up.
4Share Your Link
- Copy your public URL (quick-replies.com/book/your-slug) or drop a tracked booking link into an email or SMS action.
- Guests pick a slot, and you see upcoming and past bookings in your dashboard.
What You'll Be Able To Do
- 1Let Leads Self-Schedule on a page that matches your brand.
- 2Sync With Google Calendar so you never double-book.
- 3Automate Reminders with confirmation and follow-up emails or texts.
