On a pipeline or outreach message in the dashboard, add your first reply, turn on AI, then write a short goal, any hard limits, and when to stop. QuickReplies continues the thread until you take over or the stop condition is met.
1Set Up Your First Message
- In a pipeline or campaign send, write the first email or text QuickReplies should send.
- AI does not replace that first message—it can answer later replies.
2Turn On AI And Add Guidelines
- Enable AI auto-replies on that action, then add a goal, limits (what not to say), and when to stop.
- Keep the guidelines short and specific—the same fields you see in the AI replies guide.
3Watch Chats And Take Over
- Open Chats (your conversation inbox) to see threads where AI is active. Look for the AI active badge.
- Tap Take over anytime to stop AI for that conversation and reply yourself.
